Alex Chizhik is VIMRO’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. He ensures that corporate operations are strategically aligned to guarantee that VIMRO clients receive expected results and outcomes.
Before joining VIMRO, Alex served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC), where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander. With over 14 years of legal and business experience, Alex’s responsibilities include all aspects of financial, administrative, and regulatory compliance operations within VIMRO.
